- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with
business objectives. - Independently analyze, advise, strategize, target, and optimize advertising

- Develop, improve, and manage funnel marketing strategies to enhance conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

- Channel Expertise
- Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Effectively apply knowledge and experience to planning and execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to create high-quality and effective ad content.
- Experience in driving sales through Facebook Ads marketing.
- Campaign Management
- Manage the entire digital marketing campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning, target audience definition, content creation, channel selection, campaign execution, performance tracking and analysis, and continuous optimization, to report generation.
- Oversee various campaign types, such as promotional campaigns, awareness campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
- Performance Optimization
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and control expenses to align with the company’s profit expectations.
- Data Analysis (Tracking) & Reporting – Marketing Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and interpret in-depth marketing data.
- Present findings to stakeholders.
- Read and understand performance benchmark reports.
- Analyze and summarize marketing data to inform decision-making and strategy improvement.
- Staying Current
- Continuously monitor and update industry trends, best practices, and digital platform changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and other marketing specialists, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools, and email direct marketing.
- Demonstrated experience across various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain organization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and address challenges effectively.
